Frequently Asked Questions
Can I specify a different delivery address?
If you want your goods to be shipped to another address, please fill out the delivery address section on the screen upon checkout. Please note however that for a first order, the delivery must be to the cardholders address.
How can I reset my account password?
Can you invoice the sponsor directly?
When you place an order, you will be sent a link so you can confirm all artwork and pay for your order. There will be an option for you to send the invoice to a sponsor for payment.
Can I get a long sleeve shirt as short sleeved?
Yes, we do offer a 'short sleeve' option for long sleeved shirts. This is available through the kit builder at the 'Back numbers/names' section. Additional cost of £2.50 per shirt applies and an extra 2 working days are added to the despatch date.
